“I rarely answer calls from unknown numbers, but happened to answer the cold call from Brook. She was nice and I ended up having Jim and Mark come out and give me a quote. The only reason they did rate a 5 was the fact that their communications with me weren't very good or accurate. They promised me an Amana, I got a Goodman. They said they'd be there at a certain time and had to cancel. They said they would email me an updated quote and information about their insurance and bonding, I got nothing. The bright side is that their installer, Matt, was a pro. He did the work including the removal of our 1977 Lennox furnace. His workmanship on the new furnace and ducts was excellent. He also installed two ball valves and that work was also done well. The only minor downside was he forgot to relight the hot water heater. A cold shower once in a while isn't so bad.
