Had an issue with our furnace and he gave me some suggestions over the phone. Our unit has no access door and has to be pulled out to work on, so I had him come and work on it. He's very knowledgeable and does an excellent job explaining everything and pointing things out. Highly recommend giving Jeff a call instead of wasting your money at the stealership

Jeff and Dawson really took good care of us. I recently had issues with my inverter after power outage in the freezing cold. Another RVer uses them and had them on the phone for at least an hour helping me diagnose what was the problem. One of the key problems we had was blower for propane would not come on. We put new batteries in determined the would keep my propane running until they could come out next day. They spent about 3 hours working through all the issues only to determine my inverter master switch had failed. They got me up and running with a different switch until new one came in.

After inverter problem we had issues with or water pump a day later. Again they walked me through what I need to check. It was not the pump but a frozen line. I had them come out and make sure there wasn’t anything else. Dawson walked me through all the plumbing issues and fixed a number of small leaks. Did a great job teaching me the ins and outs of the plumbing.

I will definitely be using them again for any RV repairs in the Denver area.

I looked up this company for my mom since she needed help winterizing her RV. The reviews were great and there’s a reason for that! Jeff and his son met my mom at the storage facility and did a very thorough job-even fixed an issue unrelated to the winterizing. He doesn’t charge near what other business do for this type of service and my mom said she’d be more than happy to have him prepare her RV in the spring! I’m beyond grateful for their timely and professional help. I’d be happy to refer Jeff to others!

This is the guy you want to call. The end. He heard the issue and simply helped me solve it on the first shot over the phone (I had spent an hour at least arguing with people online). I almost feel like something else actually needs to break on my RV so I can actually pay him for his help. Jeff, thanks, you’re a true hero.
