“I literally trust the staff at GrandView with my pet's lives. I've had many pets over the years, and I take all of them to GrandView. Dr. Lisa is amazing. Her and all the vet technicians love my animals as much as I do. I always believe that they have my pets best interest in mind. If I take one of my dogs in to the vet, they almost always ask how the other is doing. I recently discovered a health problem with my cat, and they reached out to me after my appointment to see how my little guy was doing. It really is the little things that show how much they really care. I have been to a few other vets in the area that I feel are just trying to get as much of my money as possible, but not GrandView. Whenever there is a problem, Dr. Lisa always comes up with multiple options for me, some more cost effective than others. They also offer a vaccines for life program, which is super cool and helpful! I have two dogs and a cat, vaccines can get expensive!”

“I only went here to use the dog wash, so my review will be about that. I took my dog here to wash the AZ dust off of him after we moved here. I like that it's easy to get your dog in and out of the tub with the door that swings open and then seals when you shut it. It was unsurprising, but there was dog hair all over the floor and the floor was all wet inside this dog wash. It is not actually inside the building but more in like a greenhouse structure attached to the side of the car wash structure. Using this dog wash makes it super easy to wash your pet by just turning the dial to switch between soap, conditioner, and rinsing. The blow dryer at the end was pretty powerful, and semi-warm. My dog has a double coat so I wasn't able to get him completely dry in the 10 minutes we had to do everything (you must insert a minimum of $10 which gives you 10 minutes), but I was totally ok with that and he finished drying at home. After my dog was completely dry his coat was soooo soft. I think probably softer than it's ever been after I gave him a bath with any type of dog shampoo/conditioner I've used in the past. It's now almost two weeks later and his coat is still extremely soft and shiny. I would definitely go back and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to self groom their dog.”
