Bill is very aware of where I'm strong and where I'm weak and is continually adjusting my training sessions to account for and even out those imbalances. He's way better than a gym-bro. His knowledge of body mechanics shows as he is able to describe very effectively to beginners like me what parts of the body are the focus of each exercise and how to avoid relying on poor form to get through. He's an astute observer able to correct my form where needed and help me understand where I'm recruiting muscles and joints not meant for certain movements due to weakness in the target area. He's practically a physical therapist for strength training!”

“Can I give 6 stars?! Blush is an awesome place to get a great workout. With exceptional instructors, a beautiful atmosphere, a variety of class times and styles, great prices and a positive and encouraging community, I cannot recommend this studio enough. I started attending Blush when I was pregnant and had never taken a barre class, or yoga sculpt class before. All of the instructors were very knowledgeable about what modifications I should do to stay safe while still getting a great workout in. The barre classes are just the right mix of challenging and fun and the yoga classes are a great way to recharge for the week while getting some good core exercise. I've also taken the Pop Pilates class which was a really fun time with great upbeat music and moves that definitely made me "hurt so good" the next day ;) Overall, Blush is fantastic. It doesn't hurt that the owner also offers some super cute and affordable clothes! ”

I see a lot of people posting negative feedback about the contract but guess what, every gym has one and dont complain about it after you've signed on the dotted line. I love coming into my sanctuary and working out and talking with acquaintances I've made here, they make it that much better. To be honest, I checked out VASA a few weeks ago just to see what they offered, and the prices and amenities at Club USA far outweigh their competition. Keep up the good work guys.”
