“The coolest and largest antique shop I’ve ever been to! It was so well kept and all the employees were so kind! They had a surprisingly good selection of dealers offering rocks and minerals, which was great as I am interested in geology. The building itself has quite a lot of history which I found very interesting. First it was a grocery store(I forgot which one exactly but if someone knows that’s cool!) then a trampoline place and finally the Old Crow people know and love! The root beer bar was FABULOUS!!! The selection was incredible!! The kind lady at the counter gave me a recipe for glazed ham from the pioneer woman! Overall it’s a wonderful spot to go and take a visit! Highly recommend!!!”

“I had a great experience working with Hawk Construction on my kitchen, bedroom, and closet remodeling project. Jim started the process with a visit to my mountain home and was creative in planning the project as walls were moved, asbestos mitigation completed, windows switched out, closets upgraded, and an old cramped house was converted to an open floor plan. Hawk turned a small inefficient kitchen into a modern, functional and attractive space. Communication with me was regular and kept me up to date, even as I was traveling in AK during the project. The store itself made it easy to find some unique items in a relaxing environment. I always lose my earrings and had lost one earlier that day. I found several pairs and mentioned I was going to wear one of them as soon as I left. They took the time to clean them again before I put them on, which showed me they truly care about the customer experience. “I cannot recommend this jeweler enough! My wife's antique wedding ring's shank broke and the stone popped out. We were fortunate enough to have found the stone. I took it to Alex and Intrigue Jewelers to fix the shank, set the stone, and re-tip the setting. Alex was extremely helpful, explaining what they were going to do with the repairs and upfront with the cost and time. While doing the work, Alex called me, explaining that he wanted to do a bit more, rebuilding each of the entire tips and not just the top part. Said he just wasn't comfortable with the way the stone was sitting the way it was. He wanted to make the ring much stronger and better. He also told me that he just wanted to do it and wasn't going to charge me any extra because it was the right thing to do, he just needed a couple more days. This is GREAT customer service, someone who takes pride in his work, stands behind his work, and most importantly has the customer's best interest at heart. I just picked the ring up and it is beautiful. This will be the jeweler that we take ALL of my wife's jewelry to from now on. Very trustworthy, efficient, and reasonable. Carolyn was our designer and she came up with beautiful layouts and ideas for both the bathroom and kitchen. She took an almost 30 year old master bath and kitchen and turned them into beautiful spaces that are far more functional than they were. The selection of beautiful, quality products to choose from in their showroom was fantastic. She stayed on top of the ordering and delivery of all of the products so that when they were done with the prep work, everything was ready for installation.
