My one issue is the toffee cappuccino is always out. And it never has an "out" sign on it. So the first few times I've gone I've put hot water in the coffee I've already got in the cup. She took her time to listen about the difficulties I was experiencing and then explained what to use and how to use it step by step to successfully replicate the look by myself at home the same way she did. After I purchased the products she recommended for me( 3 items yikes!) I went home and followed her steps. I was so seriously impressed! Not only did it work and looked just the same but it lasted 3 days! wow! Plus she wrote everything down for me, so I could remember exactly how to do it. That in itself was very helpful to be able to read as I did my hair. Her advice hands down has been the best educational experience I've ever had with any stylist EVER! If you are struggling with your hair in any way, please do yourself a favor and ask Brandi to help you solve your hair troubles! I was hesitant to spend so much on products but I'm telling you purchase the products. It only takes a very small amount and my hair always stays smelling so fresh for days! Ask if she will write down the steps she will be glad to! You will not be disappointed!”

“Absolute Perfection remodeled two of our bathrooms and we couldn’t be happier. We had original construction from the mid-1950s which was in bad disrepair. Bernie took it down to studs in a day and got right to work. Bernie is efficient, decisive and his years of experience are readily apparent. He has mastered his craft and the results can be seen in his high-quality work. For example, we chose glass tiles which are not easy to cut or work with. Needless to say, the walls turned out beautifully. In addition, Bernie is an all-around good guy. He’s pleasant to work with, honest and fair. We had a number of add-ons as the project unfolded and Bernie was flexible and accommodating. He’s a complete professional and does what he says he’s going to do.”
