I have been going to Anytime since it opened and have always been impressed with the equipment, friendly staff, and cleanliness of the facility. Now I have a new compliment to share. I went in for a fitness overview with Matt. He tested my mass, etc. then got me started on a simple but effective fitness plan that I can actually fit in every day after my long walk. For an out of shape old guy like me this is the perfect start, and I’m grateful for Matt’s guidance. Thanks Michelle and everyone for being a real asset to our community!

Awesome gym! I love the convenient location and hours. It is so nice being able to hit the gym early hours before work. The facility is extremely clean and well managed. The owner has been awesome about accommodating members and equipment they desire.

I'm a relative newbie to hitting the gym, starting sorta late in life. But the staff here is very encouraging and always makes me feel welcome. Everyone (both staff and other patrons) is very friendly and helpful. All new gear. They keep the place spotless and there is great air circulation. Plenty of room to move around between reps. I enjoy coming in pretty much every other day.
