“I want to share how amazing Kim S. was today. I went in to pay my bill using my care credit and there was noone at the front desk so I was brought back to Kim in another area. I explained I had tried to pay my bill calling the number on the statement by using my care credit and seemed 2 staff didn’t know how to do that and took my phone number stating they would have someone who did know how to take a payment with this card call me back and two days later still noone had. Kim called multiple staff to see if they could help, she didn’t have rights to doing care credit anymore and she got no where. Finally she reached someone who took the payment. Her customer service went above and beyond, she was very kind and apologized for my trouble. She didn’t have to do what she did but I’m very thankful she did! Outstanding customer service! “Parking can be sometimes stressful but it's got what you need.. Grocery store, fast food, columbine drug store where you can mail anything and don't have to wait in long lines, a liquor store if you are in a rush to get something but I usually go elsewhere and not because of the people who work there but it's kinda small and they don't have plastic bags to Carry out your 3 or 4 items. You would have to use this so called box that has a big split down the middle where your shooters fall out and possibly come apart if not holding it right. My advice bring a careering bag or two depending on what you are getting. Finally this shopping center has a Mexican restaurant which I use to enjoy going but because of the person that I used to enjoy this place with is no longer available for me at this time or perhaps anymore. I haven't found anyone yet to replace her. Food is alright, not like Cali. Drinks I think are a little bit watered down but that's why you get beer. Order one hard liquor drink and then decide after that. If it's too strong then order a beer because the drinks are going to be watered down or stronger so that you can get drunk enough to sell you water with a taste of your drink. Service was alright at times they came around and asked if we needed anything and at times they didn't so we would have to wait for our second round of drinks for a while. That made my first drink get warm. Yeah it's a hit and go with this restaurant.”

“PROS: We stayed in "D". It was just outside of town and that was great for us. We really enjoyed how close it was to the river and spent a lot of time sitting in the chairs located right by the river and on the deck. The layout was good. The beds were comfy. We had a problem with the toilet flushing the first night and it took about 2 1/2-3 hours for someone to come fix it, but when he showed up he fixed it very quickly so that was nice. CONS: The kitchen is not very well appointed. If you are used to staying in places that have a few extras in the cupboards, this one may surprise you. There was not enough silverware and we had to wash after every meal. You will need to bring everything you may need for your stay, including cooking oil, seasonings, etc. They supply the bare minimums. Dishwashing detergent and salt & pepper are all you will find here. Most of the jets in the hot tub did not work, but it seemed clean and the temperature was good. Probably the worst thing was the main floor shower. It was clean, but we could not figure out how to make the water come out of the shower head. I've stayed in many different places and have seen just about every kind of set up. We tried everything we could think of and could not get the water to come out of the shower head. It was pretty frustrating. The toaster burnt the very bottom 2 inches of toast while leaving the rest undercooked. I happened to notice one burner on the stove was still hot in the middle of the day after cooking with it first thing in the morning. When I tried to adjust the knob it immediately fell off and I realized it was not attach properly and was not positioned correctly. Meaning when it was pointing to off it was not actually off. I tried to fix it and it kept falling off every time I touched it. FINAL OPINION: Don't get me wrong, this place is still a good stay. It just needs a little TLC.”

“This was my first visit with Dr. Link. I spend a lot of time in the sun and wanted a skin cancer exam. I appreciated the way Dr. Link explained things as the exam progressed. She dealt with a pre-cancerous issue during the visit. She also dealt with another issue that other doctors never noted or addressed during prior exams. I felt that the care I got from Dr. Link was exceptional. Everyone in the office that I came in contact with was caring, efficient, and friendly. Dr. Link has a very good support staff. It was a great visit and check-up. I am happy to be under Dr. Link's care!”
