“I want to share how amazing Kim S. was today. I went in to pay my bill using my care credit and there was noone at the front desk so I was brought back to Kim in another area. I explained I had tried to pay my bill calling the number on the statement by using my care credit and seemed 2 staff didn’t know how to do that and took my phone number stating they would have someone who did know how to take a payment with this card call me back and two days later still noone had. Kim called multiple staff to see if they could help, she didn’t have rights to doing care credit anymore and she got no where. Finally she reached someone who took the payment. Her customer service went above and beyond, she was very kind and apologized for my trouble. She didn’t have to do what she did but I’m very thankful she did! Outstanding customer service!
