My wife and I upgraded our fifth wheel in May and made a cross country trip in July. Some where in Iowa the window in our bedroom slide out designated. We had a piece of plywood installed and after we got home located the parts. Jeremy did the installation. He was thorough and you can't tell it ever happened. He is a real pro!

Jeremy at Big Guy Mobile RV Repair did a fantastic job repairing our full wall slide out. From the initial phone call it was clear that he was an experienced RV technician with several years experience. He showed up promptly and was polite and knowledgeable. Our RV was experiancing the full wall slide out jamming both going out and coming in to the point where it would not operate correctly. Jeremy quickly diagnosed the problem to be the slide out was out of manufactured specs causing one of the motors to become damaged. He shimmed up the slide out to spec, replaced the motor and performed several function tests. The slide out has never worked so well and we truly appreciate his diligence and promptness getting our unit repaired. Our unit is still under warranty and when the work was completed a follow-up email was sent to us from Jeremy detailing the issues and repairs completed so we could submit to the manufacturer for reimbursement. As a business owner in the service industry I appreciate quality service and will be using Big Guy Mobile RV repair again for our future service needs.
