“I just wanted to take a minute to say I walked in UPS today a hot mess. A bunch of amazon returns with codes that needed to be scanned, bags that needed to be purchased. Garrett was awesome. I was running around like a crazy person trying to catch a flight and he was so helpful , offered to pack up my packages for me. We own 2 local businesses and we are always in and out of this UPS and they never disappoint. Today especially. I just wanted to say thanks for always being attentive and helpful !”

“Once upon a time this was the only Starbucks in Loveland. Now it's one of many -- but it still has the best array of outdoor seating. The drinks are dependably good and the staff is always friendly. Just be careful navigating the King Soopers parking lot (my reason for giving four stars).”
