Once I accepted it we scheduled a start date and he called me a couple of days ahead of that to confirm everything. Upon beginning the work he updated me daily on what would be accomplished and gave me a chance to ask questions or give direction. Communication was great and Tom and his daughter Breanna couldn’t be nicer. The job site was cleaned daily and the work was accomplished very quickly for just a two person team (no subcontractors).
