“This was the first time we used a GC due the scope of the project (kitchen remodel with wall removal and large hardwood floor refinishing). Costin understood we were on a tight budget and wanted to do as much of the job that we thought we could. The subs Costin oversaw (flooring and cabinet maker) were elite. Costin managed the subs work and when we thought it was good, if it didn't meet his standards, he would have them do it again. Definitely had our best interest in the forefront. When we did expand the project, he helped achieve that as cost efficient as possible.”
