“Ulta Beauty has almost everything imaginable for beauty!They have an amazing master stylist Lisa H. who does an excellent job cutting my hair. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. Except for Tyler-he was extremely rude! I drove 2 hours for a haircut only to have him cancel because we would not be a 'good fit'! Originally my appointment was with Lisa unfortunately she was ill. Tyler filled in and changed my time to 4 1/2 hrs earlier then he has the audacity to get upset because I may be a little late!”

I wasn't sure what kind of haircut I wanted and she helped me decide what would look best on me! I decided to get the MVP package and she made it an amazing experience I highly suggest it if your shoulders are getting a little stiff! Overall I cannot recommend Katerina more! Book with her ASAP!
