“Once you walk in the front office door, you are welcomed with friendly people wearing smiles. They WANT to answer your questions and help you feel comfortable. The teachers are so friendly, patient and understanding with the kids. At the same time, they create a structured environment that includes respect, good manners, patience, creativity, understanding and encouragement. Parents are encouraged to be involved in all aspects of thier child's education and personal growth during thier time at Prairie Winds. Lunch time seems to be pretty enjoyable, even for those lil picky eaters(like my 4th grader). The healthy variety of food they serve keeps the kiddos happy. Uniforms are required. I support the uniforms and why the district went with the change. I just wish it wasn't such an expensive change and we(as parents) had options of places to get them. Not just the one uniform shop that tends to be hard on the wallet. I DEFINITELY recommend other parents to choose Prairie Winds for thier child(ren).”
