Janette has been great on this journey. We started with a mild peel to determine what would be the right product for me. She has taken the time to walk through the different products (including the ones I was currently using), she has educated me with what I need to look for and what to stay away from and she has recommended a great line that my face and skin have responded well too. What I have appreciated the most is that she has not pushed product on me, her guidance is just that...guidance on what I should consider (either her product or my own). Janette always follows up to check in on me, available for questions and pleasant in every interaction. Her studio is also clean and inviting. I would rather visit her home studio than go to a spa or salon. During COVID she has taken the right protocols to keep her clients and herself safe.
