“Citywide Bank is amazing. In a world of online banking where we're all just a 'number', this place is a pleasant reminder as to why everyone should have a trustworthy, brick and mortar, Bank. I had an issue where my account was overdrawn by a large amount due to a clerical error that caused a withdrawal to happen twice (not CityWide's fault and not mine either). I was in a panic Monday morning when I saw my account showing a huge negative balance. Thankfully I got a hold of April first thing in the morning and she fixed everything!!! I can't thank April enough. I was seriously distraught thinking about all the automatic withdrawals that were going to bounce until I got the funds redeposited in my account which could have taken a week (due to the incompetence of the 'other' institution that caused this issue). Anyway, I'm so thankful for Citywide and April's service. Other Banks could have merely said, "not our fault", and just kept racking up the overdraft fees along the way. But April rejected the second withdrawal and the missing funds were back in my account before lunchtime! Disaster adverted! Could have been a lot worse was it not for April and her great service. I'm happy to say I'll be a lifetime customer.”
