He was in the middle of something, but I only had a simple question, so I was hoping not to throw him off his task too much. Instead of answering the question and going back to his task, Joe walked me around the store helping with each piece of the railing. He was able to specially order a part and have it two day shipped that was only $10. Joe's customer service blew me away with his willingness to help and making sure every question I had was answered. Great hire Home Depot.”
