“We were referred to Columbine hearing center because my mother was having a major hearing loss. The TV volume had to be turned up and regular conversations were becoming louder. We were greeted with a smile and Michelle proceeded to ask my mom some questions and then preformed a ear exam. The exam confirmed her suspicions, it was a blockage. Michelle removed the blockage and restored my moms hearing almost immediately. With that one visit she returned a huge part of my moms quality of life.
