“We recently had our hot water heater replaced (updated the hot water before it went out) by Lemon Heating & Cooling. This was our first experience with this company. We received impeccable service from beginning to end. We received a personal quote from the owner Jerry. Jerry, was informative and professional over the phone. Paul, was our service tech that did the work. Paul, was very professional and courteous ( he made sure to wipe his boots extra dry before he came in the house because it had just snowed a little bit.) The service was very quick. We contacted Lemon's on a Monday and had a new hot water heater by Thursday the same week! They are reasonableI priced. I unfortunately didn't get the names of the ladies working in the office. One of the gals made it a point to make sure we received good service and everything went well. Both ladies were very kind, personal, and easy to talk with. The experience I have had with everyone in the company was positive and professional. This was one of the first big projects we've had to do at the house. Lemon's made the ordeal easy and smooth on us.I would recommend Lemons Heating & Cooling to anyone. I am happy and thankful we choose Lemon's.”
