(February 19, 2017, 9:41 pm)I had such a delightful experience in this quaint yoga studio. The instructor taught a thoughtful flow with a lot of focus on breath and hip openers. She had a beautiful message and I left class feeling completely grounded.

She was very mindful of the level of her students and her message of non-violence and acceptance was a healing balm during this very tense political time. Thank you Kim.
