Century RV

This is our second travel trailer we purchased as a upgrade. We have had a great time, and experience. Our sales person Maria was super friendly, and took us through several models to compare. The Manager Ray is very nice, and got us a great deal. No messing around, and right to the point. The financing was super easy. We were able to get in, and out on a Saturday within a few hours start to finish. The delivery was great our person showed us everything, and how it all works. Any questions they took time, and explained to me. Very happy with my purchase, and the dealership. We looked at several other close dealers, and this was the one that was most helpful, and walked us thru the whole process. Thank you!!!

Legit best experience we could have asked for. There are a handful of RV retailers around here. I had reached out to every single one of them. Century was the ONLY team to get back to me.

Everyone else dropped the ball. They quickly answered my inquiry. Attentively listened to my needs and wants and quickly provided the answer we were looking for. With limited towing capacity and lots of requirements they had what we needed.

Jimmy our sales person was quick to respond and check in throughout the entire process from staff to finish. Jesse our finance guy went above and beyond to find a finance solution that made sense with terms that couldn’t be beat.

Brandon in service was equally impressive for understanding this is our first trailer, he made sure that our needs and questions were absolutely met so we didn’t leave without knowing everything we needed to be comfortable.

We traded in our smaller trailer for a little larger unit. The process was very clear and straight forward. Jimmy was our sales person and a great resource in some of the ensuing details. We had an issue with the shower door configuration and brought the new trailer back in for service. I commented to my wife that the experience was very pleasant and professional. I have been very pleased with the support staff at Century RV.

I have wanted a trailer for at least 20 years. I was all set to buy one at a competitor. As I went to sign tge paperwork, I stopped at Century at the last second.
Man, am I GLAD I did! Jimmy was a great help. He answered so many questions, found out what I was looking for, and then Delivered in a BIG way. He got me a better, roomier, lighter, and still new trailer for half the cost of what I was ready to spend. Thank you Jimmy!!
I've read horror stories about service departments at RV dealerships. Yes, about Century too. But, when I needed my tongue jack fixed, they set an appointment right away, and then fixed it super fast and I was on my way in no time. It could NOT have been easier!! Great job guys!! Thanks a million!

I had a great experiencing purchasing a small trailer trailer from Century RV. My initial contact with through Century's webpage contact form. Within ten minutes I received a call from Ray who was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions about the trailer. We knew what we wanted so we initiated the purchase over the phone.
When I traveled to their lot (a 6.5 hour drive for me) to complete the purchase a few days later, I was treated kindly. Everyone I worked with, from the financing office to the trailer walk-through staff, was friendly and helpful. They took time to answer my questions and never made me feel rushed.
