(July 22, 2022, 9:44 am)5 stars is seriously not enough. I messaged them to see if they could engrave a cooler lid. They were kind enough to let us ship it directly to them. Turns out the cooler had a dent and Kagen immediately let me know. He was willing to return it for us. The replacement also had a dent, and he let us know right away. We moved forward with the second one and we were able to pick it up. All of this was within a week. The response time was phenomenal and the customer service was AMAZING!!! It was a pleasure working with Kagen- I threw so many curve balls at him and he had a solution for everything. Thank you BKH!!
