“Colorado Custom is hands down the best meat processor in all of Colorado. I have been to nearly all other meat processing plants in Northern Colorado and none of them can compare to the quality and consistency of Colorado Custom. The management here is very knowledgeable and was willing to answer questions for me. The quality of my cuts and the consistency were very good and even better than I expected. The plant was very clean unlike most other processing plants and I felt very confident leaving my animals to get processed there. I also recommend going there even if you are not bringing in an animal to process because they have a freezer full of meat where you can choose individual cuts of meat like steaks or bacon or ox tail and the prices are literally 2 times cheaper than a supermarket with true quality. If you get a chance I would highly recommend stopping by.”

“5 stars is seriously not enough. I messaged them to see if they could engrave a cooler lid. They were kind enough to let us ship it directly to them. Turns out the cooler had a dent and Kagen immediately let me know. He was willing to return it for us. The replacement also had a dent, and he let us know right away. We moved forward with the second one and we were able to pick it up. All of this was within a week. The response time was phenomenal and the customer service was AMAZING!!! It was a pleasure working with Kagen- I threw so many curve balls at him and he had a solution for everything. Thank you BKH!!”

“We have been to Pope Farms many times through the years for amazing produce, seeds, and even hay. This year, after growing our own bushel of green chili's, we were in search of a roaster (so we didn't have to spend 3 hours over a grill). We found out they offer this service for a small fee. The woman who roasted for us was VERY experienced. She may even be considered a roasting expert. The way she hoisted the bushel over her head and snapped on the flames was inspiring. I hope I am as spry and strong when I am her age! Got home and spent an hour peeling and packaging the perfectly roasted chili's. From picking to freezer in 2 1/2 hours, thanks to that woman and Pope Farms!”
