We initially had some difficulty signing up for our desired health plan. I requested help from an agent. Alison started texting me (she was in another call) to provide some information about our issue so she could look into it for us. When we spoke on the phone a few minutes later she was able to quickly solve our problems and send us verification. This could not have gone better!
