(January 12, 2020, 1:27 pm)Definitely the best gym out there! The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Not only is this a great gym but a wonderful community. I have also enjoyed classes outside of crossfit here including their Fit class and Barbell Class.

(November 29, 2019, 3:04 pm)Just came for the first time. Clancy, the coach, was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me work through some movements that were unique to the programming from today. It seemed like a great community of people, and was very welcoming to me as a newbie to the gym.
