“Well let me start out by saying that this man has the patience of a saint. We decided to sell our home in Windsor during one of the craziest times in Colorado Real Estate history in the hopes of purchasing a new home with some acreage away from the constant development and growing traffic problems in Windsor. We listed in fall of 2021 and although we had dozens of showings, we had yet to receive an offer. After much thought, we pulled our listing and did some renovations on our home.
