“Well, as an old man who wears his glasses constantly, I really didn't like it when my glasses snapped literally in half last Friday afternoon! I noticed that the Eye Center of Northern Colorado out at Centerra was open on Saturday. I called Friday and a delightful young lady named Andrea picked up the phone and after checking she thought they might have a frame that the lenses would fit in. I got there at 8 am on Saturday - the lenses fit, and the original frame was ordered at what seemed to be a reasonable price and we'll swap everything back when the new frame comes in. This was service that exceeded my expectations and got me back in action without any worries or inconvenience. I was VERY grateful for the cheerful and happy service!”
