Dr. Pontius is a clinical psychologist with many years of experience and a huge amount of knowledge. He’s got techniques and tricks in his therapy tool bag that came in quite handy for my situation. Mostly what I liked about him was the mindfulness-based flavor of his practice. I gained a lot from seeing Dr. Pontius and would recommend him to anyone needing to get a grip on their psychological wellbeing.”
