Once inside, I had the pleasure of speaking with this really friendly and helpful young guy who recommended shatter to me. He explained how it would work with the pen I had. I went in and got a few things from another super friendly and helpful guy who sold me a couple of things to try. On the way out they gave me lots of free merch! “I have had a couple of bad experiences with judgemental employees, but all of my other experiences make up for it. 99% of the time, they have been the best pharmacy I've ever used. They are consistently kind, the customer service is amazing, and the few times I've dealt with a rude employee, another employee has stepped in and defended me, which I've NEVER seen before. I very rarely have long wait times, and when there's an issue they are more on the ball than my doctor's office (it's a small practice so they have a lot to do and not as many people to do it, it's actually a great place). One time, I was supposed to have gotten my medication in 20 minutes, and I called after 30 minutes to see what was going on, and the pharmacist personally saw to it that the issue that caused my medication not to be filled at that moment, which was someone not putting it in, got taken care of and my medication was filled in 10 minutes. Yes, there's are issues sometimes, but I'm always taken care of and treated will, and there'd be issues anywhere you go so at least they will take care of the issue.”
