“Here for booster shots and they were about the only place with availability and close by for adults and kids. Had our appointments 15 mins appart. We went to the drive thru to check in they gave us forms to fill out and will take all 4 of us at once so that's a plus rather than waiting the 15 mins appart. My guess is that's just how they set up the appointments slots online. Check in is complete, waited a little to be called up. Which didn't take long. All in all took less that 20 mins. We did have to wait the customary 15 post vaccine in our car. Great experience and easy process at this pharmacy.”

“I've been taken Raj to Southwest Veterinary hospital since he was due for his rounds of shot. Dr Adams and her team have always taken good care of him as if he was their. They've helped out so much as a new pup mom who went through the phases of being a little too worried. They've always been accomadating and resourceful. The staff has never changed since I've been taken Raj there. I will say they are a bit pricey with some test, but I wouldn't trust any other practice for Raj besides them. Thank you southwest veterinary and your team for being the best and having wonderful bed side manners for dealing with me as a worrisome owner. Another thing is! They specialize in thyroidism - I wish your team was in the east coast when my cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism”

“I've been purchasing kratom online (from MI) for multiple years and have received top of the line customer service everytime. They even went out of their way to let me know I have a ton of points I can use towards future purchases! I've tried quite a few brands of kratom and theirs is by far the best quality 👌. “Kayla and Brenda were awesome! This is the first time I have used this compounding pharmacy, and I had a wonderful experience. I called them needing a prescription for my elderly parents that lived out of state and they were able to have it shipped out late in the day for an overnight delivery. They only had a short time from when the perception came in to the time it had to go out to catch UPS. I called a few times prior to the prescription being filled to make sure they had the right dosage in stock, and they patiently and with a great attitude looked up the different dosages just to make sure that they would have what my parents needed. They also were looking out for the prescription from the physician to make sure that it went out on time. They even took the time to call the physician to confirm that the prescription was correct. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Prior to calling them, I had called a few other compounding pharmacy's that were not able to help me. Kayla and Brenda were a lifesavers, and I really appreciate them putting my parents as their concern. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Thank you!!”

“I have been coming to this pharmacy for years. It's a busy place to come to. Sometimes there are multiple people in line, but I try to come at non-busy hours to avoid the after work crowd. In spite of this, the staff here are friendly and helpful. They have a new pharmacist who seems as friendly as the previous pharmacist, who will be missed. Shout out to the Pharmacy Techs who are kind and know their craft. It's always a pleasure interacting with them as they are courteous and respectful. I'm greatful to have such a knowledgeable and friendly pharmacy team filling my prescriptions.”

“Received prompt and courteous service from the professionals staffing this pharmacy. I even found one of them to be particularly charming in their delivery of helpful information. I also saw a guy become irate with them for needing to queue for maaaaaaybe five minutes. This was on October 24. If there is a guy that writes a review saying they’re inattentive or the wait times are ridiculous, be assured that that guy was an entitled, toxic, and incredibly rude person. Wal-mart has its issues but the person who helped me was great and the pharmacist was attentive. I don’t mind waiting a little bit for professional services- especially in such a convenient setting. To the other negative reviews - YES it is a pharmacists job to question prescriptions they fill! They’re part of your care team. If they don’t have consensus with the physician, it could be because they have a different lens. Don’t get mad at folks helping you!”
