“Braden did an outstanding project of hanging our chandelier light fixture, replacing an existing light fixture. The fixture is in an atrium ranch home over a staircase so it was a tricky scenario. It broke again the next day, no fault of his but a random piece of copper pipe that had been lurking in the tank waiting to cause a problem.
