I called 15 different companies in the area since I had an urgent request to clean one of my rentals, which was left in a really bad shape by the tenants, with extremely dirty carpets, dirty bathrooms/kitchen and all you can imagine! It was so bad that I couldn’t even show it to some prospects and interested parties. Erica, the owner of American Maid, was the only one that got back to me within a few hours, and she answered all of my questions and set me up with carpet cleaning and a thorough house cleaning within 2 days. They did an outstanding job!! They were hard working, professional, efficient and respectful of our place. BUT most importantly, the old carpets look like NEW again and the house is incredibly clean, sanitized and looks amazing!!
