They were able to modify a specialty dress that shipped with too small of a chest size in time for an upcoming wedding, and a suit that never fit correctly from Men's Wearhouse - very happy with that one since I've had that suit for several years and couldn't wear it without looking very out of style, the alterations added another option to my wardrobe. “Brad was wonderful! Professional. Knowledgeable. Trustworthy. He gave his honest, expert advice. He did many smell tests (nose to the floor) as we walked through the house and discussed the different issues. He offered different cleaning options. He used shields on the corners of the walls so the hoses didn’t damage the walls. He wore booties over his shoes. Cleaning (area rug, pet odor on traditional carpet, makeup stains on traditional carpet, and carpet tiles on concrete): Brad was able to work a miracle and remove black makeup from three locations. We thought we were destined to replace carpet, but thanks to his excellent service, we can postpone that expense. Brad cleaned a dull, stale-smelling white area rug and now it is bright and fresh smelling. He tackled a small office space that had pet odors. He spent a lot of time on this space. Wow! We are so happy with the look and smell of the carpet in the office. Pet odors are GONE. Brad cleaned and refreshed the basement tile carpet. Looks and smells awesome! The bedrooms, hallways, and stairs all look refreshed, feel soft, and smell fresh! We are a family of six humans, with two cats and one dog. Not an easy customer! But Brad did an amazing job! We highly recommend him! He is a miracle worker!”
