(August 13, 2018, 5:02 pm)I go to Bambu regularly for sushi and the food & service is consistently fantastic. They have the best sushi & sushi chefs in CT! Everything is very fresh and they will not hesitate to make anything you like to your specs (i.e.-extra spicy or with special ingredients). They always have special sushi menus with new & seasonal stuff and its always been excellent.
The also have Hibachi tables in the back that always seem busy too, although I've never tried that, but other have told me its very good.
(July 22, 2018, 9:50 am)Went to Bambu on a lunch break and sat on the bar side of the restaurant. Service was good and food came quickly. The sushi was great! Hibachi was okay, my steak and chicken were a bit chewy. Prices were reasonable
