(November 29, 2018, 10:16 pm)A wonderful hometown coffee shop right out of Stars Hollow (that’s a Gilmore Girls reference, FYI). The coffee is delicious and the specialty food items are heavenly. Where else in Easton can I get a carefully crafted latte with a fig and brie panini? What I love most about my visits here are getting to talk with the friendly townspeople who frequently hang out here to shoot the breeze. It’s a wonderful respite and the epitome of “small town” living. Seek it out!
