I cannot say enough good about Allison Vincento. After gradually gaining weight over the last few years due to inactivity and not paying attention to what I was eating, Allison changed all that for me. I’ve lost 10 pounds and could not be happier. I walk 2-3 miles a day. I write down everything I eat in a journal which keeps me mindful. I look forward to our weekly meetings where we talk about how the past week went and what does the next week look like for me. This keeps me motivated!!!
