“One of the nicest beaches north of Virginia. So clean and well maintained. Water is so warm, calm, and shallow. Excellent for children. Doesn’t have a boardwalk, but the quality of the beach is better than anything in NJ. No comparison. Best feature of the beach is the shaded areas. They have two break areas, with a place to even borrow a book to read. It’s technically a public beach but it’s not so straightforward to gain entry. Need to pay for parking and per person.
