Very smooth transaction. Michel Meunier was fantastic to deal with. He was able to get me the car equipped the way I wanted quickly. This especially important when there is a shortage in Audi Q5’s with blind spot detection and all the other safety features in this time of chip shortages. Local dealership was less than helpful and within 200 miles of me the markups way higher than New Country Audi. I new I would need to pay a markup but every other dealership was way higher. Will recommend this dealership to anyone and would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future. Michel is the very best!

Honestly overall better than I expected, when I dropped the car off I knew it was in good hands. The tech team kept me updated constantly with any new information while my car was in their care, and even went to the extent of sending me videos of my car in the shop. I really appreciated them talking the time to do this, giving me that extra peace of mind.
