(July 11, 2022, 7:59 pm)This yoga studio is truly unique - a beautiful renovated facility with simple design and super clean and bright with a spacious infrared yoga room with huge windows exposing nature outside and a locker room with an infrared sauna and 2 showers for rinsing off, the atmosphere is very relaxed and zen, and most importantly all of the instructors are really top notch. I’ve been taking classes here for a few years now and finally giving a well deserved 5 ⭐️ review

(January 27, 2021, 2:14 pm)The Studio Greenwich is seriously the cleanest studio I’ve ever been to. I’ve explored lots of yoga studio options in and out of the state of CT. The Studio Greenwich is by far my favorite studio!! The space is aesthetic and trendy without being tacky. The infrared technology they use to heat the hot room is amazing, after practicing in that type of heat I could never go back to a studio that pushes regular hot air into the room. It’s just not the same and not as effective. Overall this place is amazing and I highly recommend! :)

(June 11, 2019, 2:04 pm)Cleanest yoga studio I've ever experienced - in a 20-year long string of studios. The space is light-filled, with fresh and spare décor, and even scented with an essential oil diffuser. The Bosch washer/dryer set are constantly laundering fresh towels. AND you will sweat it out here. Hot classes are amazing. Thanks for coming to town!

I’ve been practicing for over 25 years and this is by far one of the nicest hot yoga studios I have been to, and I have been to some of the best after living in LA, Aspen and NYC. The space is modern with a super clean zen like aesthetic with plenty of candles and cozy fur accents. And most importantly, the yoga class one excellent! I can’t say enough about this studio except your missing out if you don’t give it a try. 10 stars!

(December 28, 2018, 1:59 pm)This place is the ultimate escape! I love taking time out of my day to stop by The Studio Greenwich for a quick class or time in their infrared saunas. The facilities are the cleanest and nicest that I've seen in the area and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. It's hard to believe that this sanctuary is just a quick drive from Greenwich town and downtown Port Chester! It's a must visit for anyone who appreciates a place to relax.
