“My boyfriend and I visited a few Acura locations and had finally agreed to buy a car in the Scarsdale location. After going back and forth ( 3 days in a row) We finally came in to sign all of the paperwork. However, not only was the financing manager rude but the car wasn’t even ready and were told to come back the following day. When we explained we had called ahead and told them to have the car ready and they assured us they would! They told us it was our fault for not “speaking to the right person”. That was enough for us to retract and canceled everything. One hour before the store closed we decided to check out Acura of Greenwich (only location we had yet to visit) and let me tell you, BEST decision ever. Not only did we get a great deal, the sales specialist Al was great. The general manager, John, was very involved throughout the process and made sure we got everything we needed. Needless to say, we got the car the following day without any of the complications Scarsdale was giving us! Can’t wait to come back and get our second car with Al and John.
