But then I started shopping there almost daily, trying to fill a new house with needed items, and Nicole Drasdis from the logistics department contacted me about consolidating shipping costs to my area. The shipping can be a bit high for individual items, but Nicole worked on my behalf and consolidated my shipments saving me countless thousands of dollars. Everything is as described, but their real secret is that they have an outstanding staff behind the inventory. No matter how good the item, if you don't have employees like Nicole, and also Samantha Curtis (in the Warehouse), you have a bad operation. The LV's support team is what will keep me shopping there. They are kind, efficient, and honest. Highest rating I could give to any shopping experience, including full retail brick and mortar showrooms. I'm in the design business, so I've dealt with a lot of not-so-helpful professionals in the design trade. The Local Vault is now my first go-to for any project I may have in the future.”

As for the selection, it’s not a massive store but they have precisely hand-picked their selection of frames and there is a wide variety... a lot of top brands and unique styles + materials.
