(September 18, 2018, 8:08 am)Paid for car to be inspected that bought from private seller. Took time to throughly go through car on lift to see if any work had to be done. Was able to give estimated quote at end with parts and labor.
(September 11, 2018, 10:11 am)Went to buy pre owned vechile had pay for car to be inspected and put on lift. Went for drive in car then to be put on lift with everything inspected. Was able to find everything car needed with estimate repair time and cost. Was less then chain mechanic locally with superior customer service.
(October 13, 2017, 8:05 am)I have worked with Sugar Hill for over 10 years and they have always been amazing! Not only with the work vehicles but also with my personal vehicle. Joe has always fit me in whenever I call no matter the time. They even took care of everything for me when my car broke down so I could continue to work. Rob is a top notch owner and really gets to know his customers. I live in Stratford and go to Sugar Hill specifically for the service and family feeling.
(February 11, 2017, 7:04 pm)Utilized their body shop for a recent fender bender. The staff are friendly and courteous. Working with Rob was a pleasure from getting an estimate, dealing with insurance, to seeing the final product. My vehicle looks amazing. The work ethic of this garage is of a superb level not stopping till one is completely satisfied. My favorite feature was that most of the communication was done by email which was answered in a timely fashion. Kudos to Rob and the crew who took a stressful experience and made it into a breeze. They have a repeat costumer in me. I'll be back soon for my regular car maintenance needs. Hopefully, I won't need the body shop again but, if I do, I know I'm in good hands at Sugar Hill. Highly recommended!!!
