“A 5 star experience with Braun, from my initial conversations with Phil to the professional estimating visit from Tom, and the expert and always polite and encouraging coordination assistance of Robin. But the best was yet to come, as the all-star team of 5 movers led by team leader / driver Johnny, packed, loaded and filled two trucks in a day and a half, and moved us from the Berkshires in Western MA to Scarborough ME by the ocean, where they spent a third day unloading us, it all went smoothly. Not a thing broken or damaged (though it is still a good idea to purchase insurance) . And Tom and Robin gave us many good suggestions on how to save costs, as we were able to reduce the move cost by $4,000 from the initial estimate simply by doing much of the easier advance packing ourselves.
