I'm slowly working through the pies at brand new Michele's Pies (666 main ave, norwalk, 203-354-7144), and was wondering if anyone else wants to pitch in on this chowconnaisance, swap notes, etc...? Pumpkin pie: very good filling, not too spicy, pale-looking/tasting crust (I prefer dark golden), but there's some soul there, good salting.
