“Reliable and honest. Will tell you if they think someone else can do better (ex. Sliding doors on a mini van). Said they would do it, but that it would be better to bring it to the dealer or another place that does just that. Appreciated that honesty. Also, will tell me when the dealer is ripping me off (which is usual with Toyota), and why Ace continues to have my business. Would go to them over the dealer any day of the week. And the dogs just make the short wait all that much better. (I do miss Jen, though!)”

When I tried to install the soft top, I encountered what I thought was a defect. I spoke with Soni in the service department. He suggested I contact Jeep corporate, which I did, and also come by for him to look at it. Turned out Pamby was able to resolve the issue. Much appreciated!
