(February 11, 2023, 1:22 pm)I had a wonderful experience with Allison as a training coach. I was having problems with my knee and the training sessions that I had with her helped me so much to build up strength and flexibility.
Allison is very knowledgeable, and very confident and passionate to help people.
Her work place is very peaceful and fun.
I definitely look forward to going back and to continue having her as my trainer.
She works with a holistic approach, which makes a different in my opinion.
I defined recommend her with my eyes closed. -

(February 11, 2023, 11:12 am)Omg I have to say Allison saved my life. She's an amazing healer. She knows the body very well and her work is impressive. I woke up one day ready to give up and she walked me through step by step what we need to do to feel stronger and better. My favorite is the rocket tape, the stretching and the work out. Thank you for being so inspirational.

She brings a holistic approach to helping her clients reach their goals, employing numerous traditional and nontraditional techniques. My initial goal was to improve the physical imbalances created by working on a computer all day. Working with Allison exceeded my expectations as she not only help me achieve the goal of rebalancing my body through our training sessions, but has empowered me to maintain my health away from the gym. She educates clients as she works with them, providing tools that they can take with them to apply at any time, for the rest of their lives. I highly recommend Inspire Train Fit.

My sessions with Allison have been geared towards training to run marathon races. Her strength training and stretch mobility sessions are few examples of how well planned each sessions are to help prepare for my races. I enjoy training with Inspire Train Fit and my running goals are being met with improved running time. - Mike
