With aging parents I have relied on Caldwell for a variety of needs over the past 10 years. EVERY experience has been great with excellent customer service. Yesterday I brought my mom with me for assistance with a walker. They went above and beyond to offer advice and options and most importantly be sure that my mom had the best solution for her need. So refreshing to shop at a store with such caring and knowledgeable salespeople. Highly highly recommend !!!

Our family had an urgent need for a hospital bed with little to no notice when my father came out of the hospital after back surgery. In less than 20 hours the hospital bed, safety rails, an upgraded mattress and sheets were delivered to his home and set up perfectly! Peter and Karen were devoted to our needs, leveraging their in house delivery team to make this work! Grateful & excited to have everything go right in a world where so much can go wrong BUT didn’t. These folks are simply the best!! They listen to your situation and needs, and then carefully consider what will be the best for you. They have always provided the best solution. They have been there for my needs when I was recovering from rotator cuff and bicep surgery. For my father, mother and many other friends and family - always helping when you need it. I’ve been trying to get my Dad’s medical supplies covered by insurance for almost a year with no luck. I spoke with Karen and explained the difficulty I was having and she said she would try to assist us. To my surprise, she went the extra mile and figured what the hold up was and quickly got it resolved and now he is receiving his supplies monthly. I can’t express how grateful I am that someone actually listened and cared. All the employees are very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them for all your medical needs, you won’t be disappointed!
