“The brand new CycleBar at Stamford is the best spin studio in the area. Amazing instructors and staff, lovely environment, excellent music and most importantly the classes are challenging. Firstly, Hannah and Brett made sure the sign up process was a breeze for my wife and me! And yes, the next day I entered the class, all nervous! But the entire crew was very welcoming, and made sure to ease my anxiety! They helped me through the process (shoes, bike setup, water bottle etc). Also, a very sweet welcome note written on my locker was very encouraging and made my day! All of the classes are challenging and the instructors are very motivating, and also the class Statistics in the TV screens are fun and competitive. I have so far done my classes with Whitney, Sydney, Amanda and Selina, and they are all amazing instructors, and very inspiring! (And I am sure the other instructors are awesome too!) The combination of CycleBeats (Motivating music playlists), CycleStats, lights and inspiring instructors make this a perfect place! I look forward to my new journey with CycleBar, and would definitely recommend CycleBar Stamford to others!”
