“Wonderful place to work with! Staff is extremely helpful and was able to answer every question we had. We bought a pellet stove from here and had an issue with the stove's operation. Brian was very understanding and helped us resolve the issue. He even came out personally to make sure everything went smoothly. After everything was resolved we decided to buy a fireplace insert from him and we even referred our neighbors to the house of warmth for a pellet stove as well! Everyone is happy!”
